MYPROFI is the fantasy holding name (Brand) of companies who are providing repair service for major IT manufacturers - such as Hannspree, HannsG, Fujitsu, Lexmark, NEC,NIKON, OKI, Viewsonic, Philips,RICOH, Xerox - , focusing on warranty repairs of printers, monitors, notebooks, smartphones, TVs, and projectors. Our experience and strive for quality has led us to achieve the market leading position for in-warranty services of monitors, printers and servers. We have been present on the Hungarian market since 1994 and now we operate a country-wide service network. Additionally our international expansion has been a key concept over the last couple of years. This is proven by our successful presence in Romania and Bulgaria and we are planning to open new branches in other CEE countries.





Our Mission - To run such an Eastern European service network which is able to provide full warranty service for LCD monitors, TVs, PCs, Notebooks and Smartphones.


Our Aim - To give lead to the manufacturers (Brands) and distributors to keep and improve the brand recognition of their products thereby that MYPROFI has fast, high quality service at a realistic price.


Independency - As an independent organization our main goal is to provide steady and reliable service for all kind and branded products we are responsible for. Our company has continuous and good working business connections with numerous local and international manufacturers and spare part suppliers to make sure we always put the greatest emphasis on the customers needs.


High quality customer relationship management - Our service center located in Budapest has two counters to support customers where we receive the defective goods, record all repairs and provide back the repaired, cleaned and well packed equipments. With our advisory we also help in transportation and installation. 

Country wide network - We operate a country-wide service network in Hungary (such as in Romania and Bulgaria) which was built up taking into careful consideration infrastructure of the local commercial channels. As a result, one can find a Profi service access point very close to office, home or shopping malls and receive back the repaired issues in short period. Manufacturers can save workforce and money to keep in touch just with our headquarter because we manage all the three countries from Budapest.


We repair all technological defects - our technicians are highly qualified and permanently trained. We own modern equipments, and have high quality logistic and HR capacity.


Profi Software for everybody's benefit - Our own software solution enables us to plan, execute and follow all repairs in real-time, enabling us to have full control over all the processes and ensuring best practice and quality towards our clients. Additionally, it equipped with a sophisticated reporting system that facilitates us to provide different types of reports and statistics for our consigners. It is available in multiple languages.


Professional team - Our service engineers are professionals who have significant experiences in their field of work. We provide our engineers, partners and customer service staff regular trainings, seminars for their further development.
